The Junior Business Analyst will build effective relationships with clients to understand and gather their technical/business requirements to appropriately determine the elections' complexity and scope.

Master's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
0 to 2 years of Business Analyst experience
Knowledge of logic, databases, data flows, SQL for data analysis is a plus
Familiarity with MS Office
