The former Director of Case Management was promoted to a larger role over the entire health system. This 300-bed hospital has been named as of the state s Best Regional Hospitals.\" And is a top performer in multiple service lines including Women s health and Orthopedics. It also has one of the busiest ED in the state. This is a tremendous opportunity for a Nurse Leader of Case Management to be part of a hospital in a period of rapid growth. There are currently over $100 million being invested in capital infrastructure and expansion projects. The hospital is looking for a Nurse leader capable of guiding the hospital through this heavy regulated period of Care Management. They seek a leader not just focused on transaction but in transformation of healthcare systems and processes. A leader who functions as hospital executive remains connected to the needs of the patient and the caregivers is desired. The Director of Case Management will provide overall leadership and strategic planning for the Case Management Department. Utilization Review will be a primary focus of this role.
