Radiant Solutions is looking for a Targeting Analyst for data analysis in support of a newly formed Intelligence Community group focused on Forensic Network Analysis. As a Targeting Analyst you will analyze technical data and apply technical assessment to projects as well as applying methodologies, technology, and tools to identify, extract, and analyze critical information.



The Targeting Analyst shall have a demonstrated skillset focused on targeting and networks. Duties will include but are not limited to:



+ Identification, extraction, tagging, and analysis of technical data, and applying technical assessments and methodologies to projects leveraging multi-intelligence fusion tools.

+ Performing Pattern of Life development using ArcGIS, Google Earth or other appropriate/equivalent tools.

+ Performing ad hoc analytical/technical tasks such as, collaboration with analysts and collectors to develop targeting requirements that address critical information gaps, and working with other tradecraft skillsets to produce Activity Based Intelligence, and CBRN proliferation products.



Minimum Qualifications:



+ Must have a current/active TS/SCI and be willing and able to obtain a CI polygraph.

+ Require 5-10 years of relevant experience within imagery analysis, geospatial analysis, SIGINT analysis, OSINT analysis, or all-source analysis.

+ Tradecraft-specific expertise in relevant IC and commercial tools and methodologies, such as imagery analysis, SAR/CCD analysis, MSI/HSI analysis, video/FMV analysis, geolocation/IP analysis, network analysis, trend analysis, data mining, or data analytics.

+ Experience with ArcGIS, Google Earth or other appropriate/equivalent tools.
