Greenfield Senior Living of Chesapeake is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the Executive Director position. The Executive Director is responsible for the overall management and success of the community. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: financial management, hiring, supervising, training, retention, team member recognition, performance reviews, communication facilitation, family services, resident well being, quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Additionally a key component of this position is the ownership of the sales and marketing process to ensure maximization of revenue and our market position. As the leader, the Executive Director is expected to create, in alignment with our mission and values, a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family and friends and all team members.
+ Passionate desire to transform senior care
+ Computer / Organization skills
+ 2+ yrs. exp. as Executive Director in senior care setting
+ 2+ Virginia Assisted Living Administrator License Pref.
+ 2+ yrs. exp. Memory Care pref.
+ Manage multiple tasks
+ Ability to lead and inspire teams.
